We have divided the neighborhood into sections. Each section consists of 10-15 homes,
and has a section captain.
Section captains are the liaison between residents and the neighborhood plan.
They know who lives where, and their special needs. Residents can contact their section captain
to discuss their own needs and/or the neighborhood plan.
